Results for twin screw extrusion process

Ludovic, the 1D software for twin screw extrusion, proposes a complete description of the material behaviour during the process.

It obviously takes into account the screw design, the material characteristics and the process conditions.  Ludovic provides three kinds of results :

• global results : description of the energy balance and information about the global system state
• RTD results : definition of the Residence Time Distribution of the material
• F(x) results : distribution of thermo-mechanical results along the screw profile
